Finnish Work Style

In Finland, people work slowly and thoughtfully. They don’t rush, but focus on the quality of their work and take breaks to stay rested and creative. They have coffee breaks every day at 9 a.m. and 2 p.m., which help them recharge. They also have a word called “sisu,” which means persistence and strength, even in difficult moments. Trust in the workplace allows them to work independently and take responsibility. The Finnish approach shows us that a slow and thoughtful way of working can make work more enjoyable and fulfilling.
