When we arrived at the airport in Tenerife it was very hot. The locals were looking at us because we were dressed in winter clothes and they were in summer clothes. We were funny for them. The teacher rented a car and took us to the apartment where we will live. The road to the apartment was very interesting as they have very narrow and steep roads there are also cars parked by the road everywhere. Our mentor was waiting for us in the apartment to show us around. We have very big rooms, three bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining area and also three terraces. The apartment is very spacious which I really like. We have four roommates from Ljubljana hairdresser school. The roommates are very friendly and quiet. We don鈥檛 see them often because we have different working hours. The first night we went for a walk. We saw long sandy beaches, which I really like. They have big shopping centres, seven storeys and more, but since it was Sunday only the smaller markets were opened so we just bought us a dinner. I hope we will have time for shopping in the next days. After dinner we went to bed, but it is was very difficult to fall asleep because there are so many dogs barking outside at night. My first impressions are very positive. I am very looking forward to explore and see the biggest picture off Tenerife, maybe even learn a little of Spanish words. Until now i really liked it so far and 聽I am very looking forward to new adventures.
