Free time
Definition: when you do not have to work, study, etc. and can do what you want;
When i am off with work at Iveco i use my week free time to go to the gym. Yes you might think wt* you are in Spain and you are going to the gym and not to other places. Yes, but chill there is time for everything if you know how to plan it. So after my work at Iveco i go home and make lunch for me and Alja啪 and we eat. Then we have 1 hour to chill and clean and just relax, lisen to music and have fun. We sometimes write a little of our blogs or we do english tests. After chill time we go to the local gym. Its not 5 star gym or elit gym, its one of old school gym that you see in Arnold Schwarzenegger or Ronnie Coleman or Franco Columbo motivation videos. But i like it, i feel like i am home. I started lifting weights in high school but only for fun. Now i like it a lot and it is my place to go when i feel happy or down, it makes me feel good and pumps the good spirit in my soul. So we work out for 2 hours. We do chest and triceps on monday, back and biceps on tuesday, then my favourite leg day on wednesday. Then we do first 2 day again. And leg day on weekend becouse we walk alot, like realy alot. So week it for gym and all that but weekend are for discovering spain and traveling and trips and good food. We do our week plans like that becouse of 3 thing.
1. We would get fat becouse we eat so much haha.
2. We would get bored of walking.
3. Our mates that came with us to Spain come back at 7 oclock at night so they can’t travel with us to cool places.
I like it here in Spain. There is and old lady at the gym who is at the desk trying to help and sell tickets for gym. She is very happy to see us everytime we come 聽workout and she reminds me of my grandma, always smiling. And traveling across Spain and seen new people and trying new food is great.
