It was just an ordinary working day. I woke up at 6 am, got ready for work and then I left home.
When I arrived at the company, I saw that everyone was very nervous, because a lot of work had to be done that day. I tried to be in their way as little as possible, but they soon realized that they would need help. They told me that I could help the mentor in collecting material for clients and that way we could finish the work faster. When we went to the store, to collect materials, a customer came to us and wanted to talk to me and asked me where he could find some bulbs. At first, I didn鈥檛 understand him a word but later my mentor explained me what he was talking. Not even 10 minutes passed and again a customer approached me and started asking me where he could fine some things. I didn鈥檛 know what to say, so I just smiled and pointed at the mentor to ask him. He also started laughing and then he explained again that I don鈥檛 understand them because I don鈥檛 speak Spanish. The next two hours passed quite well, no one approached so there were no strange looks. But after lunch, it started again. People came up to me and asked me questions, and that day it really didn鈥檛 and it wasn鈥檛 over.
That day I caused quite a few laughs because it was very interesting to everyone how people approached me more and more. At the end of the working day, the boss came up to me and told me that it would be best if he just hired me, considering how well I do with clients.
