For the first time I went to the sauna. It was opposite to my expectations. I imagined we would enter the thermal baths but the sauna was outside by the lake. They have 2 normal saunas and 2 special ones. We paid extra for everything because we want to try.
We changed into our swimsuit and walked down the outside path to the sauna. Because it was our first time there, we didn鈥檛 know that we needed to have slippers. Our feet ached from the cold.
And we finally entered the sauna. At first it was very hard to breathe. In the sauna I was for 7min and I had enough so I went outside and I didn鈥檛 have feelings that it was just 5掳C. I tried it again and I went to the other one but that one was hotter.
Here they have a habit of swimming in an ice lake after a sauna. Tamara and I jumped into the lake and it took our breath away.
We went to the special sauna and had to give ourselves water.
It was a very beautiful experience.
