The town we’re staying at

When we came off the train we were already only 100 meters away from the main square of town Mikkeli.

Mikkeli is a reasonably big but not so small town with a popullation of 52,530 and out of 3,229 square kilometers that it covers, 424.7 square kilometers are covered in water. Mikkeli also has a lot of various infrastructures. During our stay here we’ve stumbled upon quite some structures Mikkeli has to offer, for instance we’ve seen their church that is quite big and pleasant to look at, their lakes that there are so much of you can’t see them all, their hockey stadium, their forests, frisbee course, motocross track, their lookout tower (sadly closed) and many more things. Although Mikkeli is a quite small and quiet town there still are some interesting places to visit.
