A little about Finland and Vaasa

Finland is a country in northern Europe, which has an area of ​​338 000 km2 and 5.5 million people. Finland has for its size, very little population because of forests and lakes. The capital city of Finland is Helsinki. Border states are Russia, Norway and Sweden as well as at sea with Estonia. Member of the EU since 1995. Vaasa is a coastal town in the west of Finland. It has 67,500 inhabitants and its area is 364.5 km2. Near the town of Vaasa it is also the longest bridge in Finland. Its length is 1045m. It has two vertical pillars of high 82,5m to which are attached cables support the road. The bridge is 26m above the sea level and 12m wide.
