Living abroad

After all this time in Madrid, I experience a lot of new things. So lets start from beginning.

When we first landed in Madrid we didn’t know where to go or how to get a transport card. We asked 1 of the workers on airport if she can help us get transport cards, so we can leave airport. After getting our transport cards we went with metro to the centre of the city. Travelling with metro is easy when you know where to go, on which way you enter the metro. You dont wait too long for the metro is you miss one, maybe 3 to 5 minutes. At night the metros drive more rarely. The buses are other story. They drive terrible and more rarely.

When were exploring Barajas and found big food store close to our apartment. Its easier for us because we dont have to go far to buy food. Around 10 minutes by foot to shop and we can get anything we need to cook lunch and dinner. For breakfast we eat milk and cereal. Me and Anže eat lunch in company, so we only cook dinner when we come home. We mostly eat pasta with chicken and eggs or chicken with eggs and vegetables or rice with chicken and vegetables. Its easy and fast to make. And its very delicious.

People is Spain are very nice and they want to help you with everything but the only problem is the dont know English language. We have a little problems to understand each others. At our company there are 4 people that know how to speak English. I am lucky that my mentor know that language so we can understand each others. Sometimes we have a little bit of problems when it comes to technical words.
