Danish krone and TAX

Danish Krone (DKK) is a money value in Denmark. The first Danish Krone was made in the 17th century. Danish Krone is worth 1€=7.44DDK. Although they are in Europe, they still don’t use EURO, but you can still pay with EURO, and they will give you back change in Danish Krone.

In Denmark, they have their own way of making taxes on bottles and cans. They are categorized by the value you pay at the cash register. They are marked with a symbol that has a letter in it. You have three symbols: A, B, and C. The symbol A is worth 1DDK, the symbol B is worth 1.5DDK, and the symbol C is worth 3DDK. If you want you can return bottles in machines that are inside of the store and you will get TAX back.
