I use public transport in Brno almost every day and have quite a few thoughts about it. In general, I find it very well organized. Trams and buses run quite frequently, which is a great advantage. What I like most is that I rarely have to wait long for the next connection. Transferring between lines is also quite easy and logical. Sometimes a vehicle is late, but this is not a big problem. It can be quite crowded in the morning, especially during the hours when people go to work or school. However, most people respect the rules and behave civilly. The vehicles are mostly clean, which is very important. I find the ticket prices fair priced considering the quality of the service. It is especially worth buying a monthly ticket if you use it every day. I also like that you can buy your ticket on the app, which is very convenient. This way you avoid having to look for machines for a change. However, I am sometimes bothered by the fact that some of the older stations are poorly marked. I think the information boards could be improved a bit.Overall, I have a positive attitude towards public transport in Brno. I find it reliable, accessible and comfortable enough for everyday use. Compared to some other cities, I find it above average. Of course, it is not perfect, but for the most part it does its job well.
