Life abroad

Living in Spain isn´t that different to living in Slovenia. Most things have nearly identical cost. They have a slightly larger standar of living there and so things like rent are more expensive. But because of that they have higher pay.

Once you get past the language barrier it´s nothing special. And even that isn´t a problem anymore because we have mobile phones and access to the internet at all times. While on topic of internet, here we can take it for granted, but elsewhere they don´t have unlimited wifi at home. Everything is based on sim cards. And I will be honest they are rather expensive. As far as getting around is concerned public transport has a pretty much universal sistem of operation. And here they even have trams that are faster than buses. The reasons why is that trams don´t have traffic to worry about. One thing special about getting around with a car is the number of traffic lights.

Figuring out the details ook us some time, but we quikly got the hang of it. And taking care of our apartment was easy since we each had our own chores to do.
