When you hear that somebody will go on a student exchange you are just like woow thats nice and the next second you just dont think about it anymore. But when there comes the day when you are the one who will travel on a student exchange, well thats a total diferent story. First you are really thrilled and excidet, just cant wait to tell it to all the friends and specially to the family because afterall you will be gone for a month and it will defenetly be a big change for them even tho you are the one travelling.
I just cant wait to get on a plane with my friend and leave our country with the filling of thrill and a little bit of scare not knowing what will be waiting for you on 禄the other side芦.
I dont really have big expectations because i want it to be an adventure. Seeing something new, meeting new people, making friends, get new knowledge that i wouldnt get from our teachers and just see the way they are living their daily lifes and compare it to ours.
If i am being honest at this moment just a tought of it makes me anxious, but definetly i am very happy that i have been chosen for the exchange.
