EXTRA LIGHTS ON CARS
While staying in Finland I was watching the cars and I saw some cars had extra light in front. I also saw that they were especially mounted on older cars. I didn鈥檛 found a good answer on internet so I decided to ask some people at school but they also haven鈥檛 gave me a good answer. The best answer I got from one student was:
The stock headlights on your car or truck might work fine on well-lit streets, but they probably aren鈥檛 powerful enough to enable safe driving on completely聽unlit rural roads while motoring at or close to the speed limit
