The visit of Linak.

The day started with breakfast and preparing our ”Lunch box” (sandvich). When we were ready we went outside to wait our awesome teachers Ziga and Jernej. Together we drove to school where we jump on a bus and went back almost to the same place to visit Linak. Linak is very good company. They use sistem 5S which is greate and a sistem FI-FO and that is true, they didn’t change it FI-SH. They told us their secret recipe. ,,We don’t work harder we work smarter.” I think that me and Tim are very smart because we don’t work hard. The whole visit was very nice, because we sow a lot of new things. Then when the visit over, we went back to our ”home” where we did some exercises in GYM.

Workout:
Push ups 20. Wide push ups 20. Diamonds 20
Pull ups with weight 3, 3 times.
Plank 1min 30s, and sides 1m. 3 times

We also lift a very heavy bench, but I don’t want to brag about.
