During my time abroad I learned a lot of things. I learned that people from other countries can be very different from people in Slovenia. I’ve learnt that you can communicate with other people quite efficiently even with a language barrier. I was doing similar stuff there like in school. But I tried different stuff like thermo printing. It was really intresting because something just appears on fabric out of nowhere. People there have also tried my patience so I’ve learnt to be more patient. I also learned how to be more independent. I learned everything costs money and that living isn’t free. I had to buy everything myself like food and stuff to drink.

Even though people there don’t speak English good at all, I became very self confident about my ability to speak English. It stopped being awkward pretty fast. I improved my navigation and orienting skills alot aswell. It was a great learning experience. I would recommend it to everyone.
