This was my first time living abroad for more than a week without my parents. I must admit at first I was a little scared of living abroad because I’m not that good at cooking or stuff like that. But as the weeks have gone by I have gotten used to living on my own. I think I wouldn’t have that many problems if I were to move here to Finland. I’m still not used to the weather and the prices are a bit high but I think if I studied here and then got a decent paying job I think I would really enjoy it here. The time I am here I really got better at cooking, leaning and washing clothes and stuff like that. At first it was a bit crowded in the apartment because there were 4 girls and 1 boy who were German and already living here. But after the first week 3 girls went back home and it was much easier to find time for cooking and showering. And then the second week the other girl and boy went back home so now it’s great because we are living alone.
