In this blog I will describe a school wher I am on practicing in Finland. Salpaus is one of the bigest vocational education providers in Finland. Salpaus was established on 1.1.2001. Salpaus Services Ltd was founded on 1.1.2017 to offer versatile and quality education. It provides various forms of work life training, adult education and immigrant integration training. Salpaus has 4 locations in Lahti. The school is very much helped by the country that finances it. They have a very good system because they have a lot of practice. About 15000 youth and adult students study at Salpaus every year. There are 611 staff members in Salpaus, about 380 of which are teaching and guidance personnel. They have very many education programs. For me, the most unusual program is the circus. It is the only circus school in the world. The logistics program is well organized. They have a lot of practice and students can learn many things.
