People here are more sad compared to Slovenia. When you walk araund the school or city nobudy is smiling, if you want to ask somebudy for advice or diraction, some people just ignor you. They are not sad more like depressed. I dont know why, even in school some dont look happy or satisfied. The war is still felt here today, but not that much, because some people are happy and they like it here. Maybe others need to lose what they have to start appreciating it. But over all they are nice and welcoming to new stundents. Also they look lonely, i mostly see them walking alone or with a dog, not in pairs. Its like every 3 person has a dog.
There is one more big difference, between home and here. They are very racist. It does not matter the age, they all are, i dont know the reason that’s waht they told me. I was shockt a bit, but it is waht it is, we can not chage that, i haven’t saw it on the street yet, but if it’s true i will.
