At work, I saw something very nice. The workers are very respected, even if they do only a little work or work slowly. This showed me that the place cares about effort and attitude. One day, my boss praised me for being motivated. She even asked if I would like to work here after school. I felt happy and proud. I learned that they like workers who try hard and do not give up.
