Mämmi is a traditional Finnish dish. It is usually eaten around Easter and is a dessert. My mentor also told me that 50% of people like this dish and 50% don’t like it. It is made from rye, dried bitter orange peel and much more. It looks very strange in pictures and in real life. When you have this dessert on a plate, you pour a little vanilla cream or a little milk over it. My opinion about this dessert is that it is very good but it depends on the taste.
