A day at work

Today was another interesting day at work in Denmark. I started my morning by arriving at the school, ready for a full day of working with PLCs.

The first task of the day was checking and programming some PLCs. PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) are used to control machines and processes. I worked on writing and testing some code to make sure everything worked correctly. It was challenging, but also exciting.

After a few hours, it was time for a coffee break. We sat together, drank coffee, and talked about different things—not only work. Then, we continued working on the PLCs. I tested some connections and made sure that everything was running smoothly. If something didn’t work, I had to find the problem and fix it. This part of the job requires patience and logical thinking. At noon, we had a lunch break. The food at the cafeteria was good, and I enjoyed talking with my friends. In the afternoon, we continued with more PLC programming and testing. I also learned some new things from my mentor, who explained some advanced functions of the system. It was great to gain more knowledge and practical experience. Before finishing work, we had another short coffee break. I like this part of the Danish work culture because it gives everyone a chance to relax and reset. At the end of the day, I felt satisfied with my work. I am learning a lot and improving my technical skills. This exchange program is a great opportunity, and I am happy to be here.
