School safari

Early the day after arriving in Sondenborg we headed off to school where we were greeted by a lady. She informed us our teacher was sick and they couldn’t get a replacement in time so she took us up to the class where we would be for the remainder of the week and offered us hot coffee to our collective surprise then she explained the workings of the Danish school system.

Then she took us on a tour of the school grounds. During the tour, I was surprised at the equipment they used to teach. Also surprising was the fact of how quiet the school was and the fact the students worked with CNC machines and Robotick arms with almost full freedom. to walk the school grounds wood apparently takes 1 kilometer we finish our safari just in time for lunch after lunch we headed back to the boarding house
