Food in Finland is completely different than the food in Slovenia. Everyone lives a fairly healthy life. There is not much fat in food, and the menu includes quite a lot of vegetables and fishes. Everything is eatable, I don’t think there was a day that went by, that none of us wouldn’t ate school food, but still, their taste is different than ours. For example, it all ends for me when they put all of the food on one plate, so they have salad, main course and dessert on it. All good, but the last thing I want is to have beetroot and pineapple side by side on the same plate, and macaroni for a little decoration. The flavors are very similar to ours, except that everything is a little bit spicy or sweet, even such a common choice can surprise you. Potatoes are eaten with peels. I don’t think I need to mention  more. As a meat lover, I’m already dreaming about some fatty ribs or roast pork. Because the food doesn’t contain much fat, I’m not sport active right now and I lost a few kilos. What I don’t like at all.  My belt, which I put on the third hole when I came here, is already almost too big for me.
