On Thursday after school we got back to our apartment. It was a really special day for us. Oh you are wondering why? We went to our first hockey game. The game was between聽 the home team Tappara and a team names Karpata. 
Our teacher Tommi arranged us tickets. We were surprised because the school bought them for us. The game started at 18.30. Tommi went with us because he is also a big fan of the Tappara hockey team. We agreed that we met at 17.30 in our sweaters which we bought a couple of days before with the logo of聽 the home team. The first thing we thought was okay I guess there would be crowded, but we were wrong. Everything went smoothly but it is a very big arena so we had to find out how and where we would come to our seats. 
The game was long about 2 hours. In between we went to get something to drink. In the other brake we also tried those spicy wings that everyone was telling us that we have to try them. They were nothing special but good. 
Of course our team won. There was no cheering and happiness after they won from the fans. We thought that they would all be聽 happy and proud of the team, as much as we are in Slovenia when we go to see a game. But at the end it was a really nice experience. After the game we went home happy.
Hockey would be even nicer if we could understand the rules.
