The thing I liked best was how “chill” the people here are. We noticed that our first day of work.

Everyone was super friendly and didn’t really have a strict schedule for how much had to be done in what time. When Anja and I asked to go on a lunch break and how long can it be, they just told us, and I quote, “whenever”.

Although we were basically given a free pass to be out for as long as we wanted, we didn’t really stay too long. We always made sure to be back soon. We didn’t want to abuse the trust they had in us.

Yesterday we even got to design our own clothes. We were given two options for a top – long or short – and same with the pants. Than we chose what to put on them and the placement of the design.

By the time we came to work today, it was already printed. We just had to cut it out and sew it. I really love how everything turned out.

Most days the workshop was filled with smiling and laughter, Jose made sure of it. It was very fun to work for them.

In truth, I will absolutely miss working for them. I wish that in the future I get the opportunity to work in the same kind of positive environment.
