The second weekend we went on zoo tour too see if the zoo there is any different than in Slovenia

The Madrid Zoo Aquarium is a 20-hectare zoo and aquarium located in the Casa de Campo in Madrid, Spain. The zoo is owned by the city, but is managed by the international entertainment operator Parques Reunidos. Opened in 1770, it is one of the largest zoos in Spain and one of the few zoos in the world that houses giant pandas.

It is home to over 6,000 animals of 500 different species.

We started our trip around 1pm from our apartment to metro. Then we were driving for about 10 min to the station on which we reboarded from metro on train to Casa de Campo. It was about 25 min long ride. Then we had to walk for like 10 min to get to the Zoo entry. The tickets were 25euros per person(there were no discount for students pfff). The first thing when we entered we saw peacocks, rabbits and ducks walking all around which was interesting. The most amazing was the number of apes they had like 100 or more of same kind. The bears were also very interesting because they had 3 spieces of them. Our tour was long around 3h and we saw almost every animal, actually every animal which was available for viewing. I noticed that they dont have any reptiles to see.

We returned to our apartment around 7pm after we went to Burger King because we were starving like Lions.
