HOCKEY MATCH
Finns are huge hockey fans so hockey is very popular here in Finland. There are 15 official hockey teams in Finland. Here in Tampere there is a huge arena called Nokia arena ad it can host 15 000 people. The arena is brand new. It opened on 3rd December 2021 and the project cost 124 million euros. The school where we are staying bough us a ticket for a match on 19.3. There was a Tamperen hockey team Ilves playing there and one other Finish club. The match was very exciting because the arena is so modern and nice. It was a first time for me to go on a hockey match. The Ilves club have won and people were very happy.
