Black sausage

With Tamara we tried their traditional black sausage today. Our teacher Tomi is really nice and he drove us to the best place where they make sausage. The place has the name Tapolan. Tomi takes care of us and we are so happy that he is with us. He makes sure we are comfortable so he tries as much as he can.

In the restaurant he asked if they could give us a small piece of every sausage. They were really kind and gave us what we wanted.

And finally after 8 days we tried black sausage. We are scared because we haven’t tried “krvavice” in Slovenia and the thought of blood in a sausage distracts me. But I may be in Finland for the last time and I had to give it a try. It was really good and I didn’t expect we would get excited about the jam which comes along. The sausage was really good and I really loved it.

Maybe one day I will try it again but for now I had enough.
